SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for 8 bottles or more. Shipping is $10 a bottle for any order less than 8.

When do you ship out orders?
We ship only from Monday - Wednesday to ensure freshness in transit.

When is the best time to order Fresh Victor?
If you place your order Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday by 11am PST, it will ship the same day.

Which carrier do you use to ship your products?
We ship via UPS.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?
We do not do Saturday deliveries since not all locations have guaranteed UPS delivery routes.

How do I track my package?
You will receive a tracking link via email for your package when it ships.

How does my order stay fresh?
Orders ship in insulated packaging with ice bricks which will keep your order fresh and cold while in transit.
REFRIGERATION

How long do the mixers stay fresh?
Our mixers are good for up to 3 months in the fridge, and good for up to 1 year in the freezer! If frozen, thaw in the fridge for 2-3 days, then best if used within 2-3 weeks of thawing.

Where can I find the ingredients and nutritional labels of your mixers?
Ingredients are found on each product detail page on our website; nutritional panels are found on the image carousel of each product page as well.

We are Kosher certified, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Cold Pressed and Made in the U.S.
